Datasea completed a change of domicile by merger and now operates as Datasea Intelligent Technology Ltd., based in the British Virgin Islands. The Class A shares will be traded on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker DTSS starting April 16, 2026 (CUSIP G2659M104). Shareholders approved the conversion of their existing common shares into Class A shares; two million shares held by Zhixin Liu and Fu Liu were converted into Class B shares. Datasea is pushing the commercialization of its acoustics-based wellness robots; the solutions are deployed at about 300 service locations across more than 50 Chinese cities and are present in several Asian markets.
