Delek Logistics plans private placement of senior notes for $800 million
Delek Logistics announces a private placement of senior notes with a principal amount of $800 million, maturing in 2034, offered to qualified institutional buyers and non‑U.S. persons. Net proceeds are intended to be used to repurchase all outstanding 7.125% senior notes due 2028 and to partially repay the 8.625% senior notes due 2029 and to pay related costs; any remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes. Delek raises EOP target to $220m and stock jumps sharply
Delek reported adjusted EBITDA of $211.7m for Q1 2026 (excluding SRE effect $129.4m) and a reported net loss of $201.3m; a refinery maintenance shutdown in Big Spring and negative contributions from Delek Transport Services weighed on results. The company raised the annual Enterprise Optimization Plan target to at least $220m — split into $150m of margin increases and $70m of cost cuts — and pointed to marked improvements in areas such as El Dorado. The stock rose about 11.8% after the figures (prior-day/pre-market movement remained positive); the quarterly dividend stayed at $0.255. Delek still cites significant RFS cost risks for smaller refineries. For Q2 management expects crude throughput of 283,000–303,000 bpd and confirmed its investment and cost frameworks. » More on de.investing.com
