DevvStream receives $6m investment commitment from EEME and announces equity credit line

DevvStream has signed a binding term sheet with EEME Energy SPV I for a private placement of convertible preferred shares totaling $6.0m; EEME has already provided $1.5m. The company plans to use $5.0m to finance its stake in Southern Energy Renewables as part of the announced merger with XCF Global and Southern, and $1.0m for working capital. DevvStream explores cooperation on small modular reactors and e‑kerosene — shares rise

DevvStream has signed a non‑binding letter of intent to explore a strategic collaboration on developing small modular reactors and producing sustainable aviation fuel (eSAF). Partners include IP3 Corporation, Southern Energy Renewables and XCF Global; the aim is CO2‑free nuclear power to support electrolysis, hydrogen production and fuel synthesis. DevvStream reports higher annual loss and launches crypto treasury with Bitcoin and Solana

DevvStream recorded a net loss of $11.8m for the year ended July 31, 2025, versus $9.9m in the prior year, which the company attributes to higher costs related to its NASDAQ listing. At year-end cash and restricted cash totaled $9.73m, and the company secured an initial tranche of $10m from a $300m convertible note facility. DevvStream launched a digital asset treasury program and holds about 22,229 Bitcoin and roughly 12,128 Solana tokens, plus around $1.28m in custody with BitGo; the crypto portfolio is reported at about $5.4m.
