Diamyd Medical closes database for phase 3 interim analysis of DIAGNODE‑3

Diamyd Medical has locked the clinical database for the efficacy interim analysis of the phase 3 DIAGNODE‑3 study; results are expected by the end of March 2026. The analysis is based on 174 evaluable participants and measures the change in stimulated C‑peptide AUC to month 15 as a measure of preserved insulin production. An independent Data Safety Monitoring Board is reviewing the interim efficacy and safety data; the company will announce whether the primary endpoint reaches statistical significance.
