Royal Caribbean down 20% from 52-week high as costs pressure margins
Royal Caribbean shares are about 20% below last summer’s peak and down roughly 14% year-over-year as higher fuel, food and labor costs raised operating expenses and trimmed margins. Revenue rose modestly and adjusted earnings fell in the latest quarter, but the company raised its earnings guidance and still forecasts about 9% revenue growth for 2026 with EPS of $17.73–$17.87. Bookings remain above historical levels, trailing revenue is well above pre-pandemic peaks, and the stock trades at about 16 times guided EPS with a 1.7% dividend yield. » More on finance.yahoo.com
