Discovery Silver reshuffles leadership positions after takeover of the Kidd Operations
After completing the takeover of the Kidd Operations, Discovery Silver made several management changes: Dawid Myburgh becomes Senior Vice President, Timmins Operations; Harold Bird becomes Vice President, Mineral Processing; and Gertjan Bekkers becomes Vice President, Technical Services. Discovery Silver secures revolving credit facility of US$250 million
Discovery Silver has entered into a three-year revolving credit facility of US$250 million with a banking syndicate, with an option to increase it by a further US$100 million. The facility is secured by all of the company’s assets until 15 September 2028 and may be used for general corporate purposes, working capital and capital expenditures. Interest margins depend on consolidated net debt (Term SOFR margin 2.50–3.50%; US-dollar base rate margin 1.50–2.50%).
