Diversified Energy has appointed Kirk Oliver, with immediate effect, as an independent, non-executive member of the board of directors. Oliver brings about 20 years of experience in the energy and financial sectors, most recently as Executive Vice President and CFO of Equitrans Midstream and previously as CFO of UGI. Diversified Energy reported a record adjusted EBITDA of $287 million for Q1 2026 with a margin of 68% and revenue from commodity sales of $556 million. The company reduced net debt to about $2.7 billion, holds $529 million in liquidity and generated adjusted free cash flow of $160 million. The acquisition of Camino Natural Resources for $1.175 billion is expected to close in Q3 2026 and to contribute roughly $397 million of EBITDA within 12 months.
