Dowlais removed from London Stock Exchange after merger with Dauch
Dowlais shares were removed from the London Stock Exchange at 08:00 on 4 February 2026 following completion of the merger with Dauch Corporation, and the listing was cancelled by the Financial Conduct Authority. The transaction was a cash-and-share deal effected by a scheme of arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006; new Dauch shares were issued to Dowlais shareholders. J.P. Morgan Securities advised Dauch, Barclays and Rothschild & Co advised Dowlais, and legal advice was provided, among others, by Allen Overy, Shearman Sterling LLP and Slaughter and May; all regulatory approvals are in place and the merger is therefore complete. » More on de.investing.com
Dauch completes acquisition of Dowlais Group
Dauch Corporation has completed the takeover of the Dowlais Group and its subsidiaries GKN Automotive and GKN Powder Metallurgy. Dauch receives court approval for merger with Dowlais
A court has approved the merger plan for the proposed cash-and-stock transaction between Dauch and Dowlais.
