Deutsche Beteiligungs cuts year-end net asset value target to €32–36
Deutsche Beteiligungs now estimates the net asset value per share at year-end at €32 to €36 instead of €36 to €40, citing higher interest rates, weaker equity market performance and lower sector valuations. The gross valuation and disposal result is expected to be around minus €50 million in the first half after about €20 million in the prior year. The fund advisor sees management as more optimistic and now expects EBITA of €9 to €11 million instead of previously €5 to €9 million.
