Electrocore achieved a record revenue of $9.2 million in Q4 2025 (+31% year-on-year) and full-year revenue of $32 million (+27%). Gross margin improved to 87%, while net loss increased to $14 million and operating expenses rose by $7.3 million, after which the stock fell 5% to $6.90.
