elumeo signs agreement with litigation funder and sues Vodafone for damages

The 100% subsidiary Juwelo Deutschland has entered into a financing agreement with a litigation funder to pursue a damages claim against two companies within the Vodafone group. Juwelo accuses Vodafone of charging excessive distribution fees for broadcasting its programme over the past 14 years.
