fox e-mobility reduces stake in Fox Automotive Switzerland after capital increase and secures monetization of the MIA project
Fox Automotive Switzerland AG increased its share capital from CHF 105,500 to CHF 1,000,000; the capital increase was subscribed by creditors, reducing fox e-mobility’s stake from 100% to 10.55% and fully deleveraging the company. fox e-mobility retained most of the economic upside from monetizing the MIA project for 2026/2027 through a profit transfer agreement and share option rights. The company expects a tax-neutral increase in the value of the holding from EUR 6.5m to about EUR 24m for 2026 and will provide up to CHF 500,000 for prototype construction; license revenues are intended to provide additional funding sources. CFO/COO Philippe Perret will leave the executive management on 1 June 2026, Patrick Bigger will serve as sole interim director; annual and half-year financial reports will be published on 30 June 2026 and 20 August 2026 respectively, and the next general meeting will be held on 28 August 2026. » More on finanzen.net
