The retailer plans to close all U.S. operations, affecting more than 450 stores in 45 states and leading to layoffs including 202 jobs at its Houston headquarters. Francesca's begins liquidation and will close all stores
Francesca's has started nationwide liquidation sales and announced it will close all of its more than 450 stores. Vendors allege the chain owes about $250 million in unpaid invoices and say inventory being liquidated may include unpaid goods.
