  • Fujitsu raises 2026 dividend to 50.00 JPY and pays out 51.47 billion JPY

    Fujitsu decided at the annual general meeting to set a dividend of 50.00 JPY per share for 2026, an increase of 78.57 percent compared with the previous year. A total of 51.47 billion JPY will be distributed, and the dividend yield is 1.58 percent. On the ex-dividend date the share price is adjusted; over one year the price is about 6.60 percent lower, and the total return including the dividend is -6.56 percent.   • MPs urge Fujitsu to make immediate payment toward Post Office Horizon compensation

    A parliamentary committee led by Liam Byrne has called on Fujitsu to make an immediate interim payment and commit to a timetable for meeting its share of the £1.5bn compensation for victims of the faulty Horizon system. Fujitsu, which supplied the software and admitted it knew of faults since the 1990s, is negotiating with the UK government but has not yet contributed to the bill currently covered by taxpayers.
