The general meeting of Fundamenta Real Estate approved the 2025 annual accounts and confirmed a withholding-tax-free distribution of CHF 0.60 per registered share (payment date 9 April 2026, ex-date 7 April). The distribution corresponds to a yield of 3.4% as of 31.12.2025 and a payout of 94.1% based on net profit excluding revaluation effects. All members of the board of directors were re-elected; Dr. Andreas Spahni was narrowly confirmed and has announced his resignation no later than the 2027 AGM as part of succession planning. At the expiry of the subscription period on 3 November 2025, 29.9% of the subscription rights were exercised, resulting in 1,283,676 new registered shares being subscribed at a subscription price of CHF 17.00. Due to the exercise ratio and previously secured investment commitments of CHF 41.9 million, the target volume of the capital increase of CHF 50 million was exceeded; the company reserves the right to exercise the increase option up to CHF 73 million. Subscription orders for shares not subscribed within the rights offering can still be placed until 4 November 2025, 12:00 (CET).
