Gamma Communications has extended the deadline for Epiris to submit a binding takeover offer to 17:00 on 2 September 2026. The extension was approved by the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers under Rule 2.6(c); there have already been several previous extensions. Gamma Communications has extended the 'put up or shut up' deadline for a binding takeover offer from Epiris to 5 August 2026 at 17:00 London time.
