Gecina raises EPS through strong rent growth and portfolio optimization

Gecina beat Q4 2025 forecasts: EPS rose to €6.68 (+4.2% vs. prior year; +26% since 2021) with like‑for‑like rent growth of 3.8%. In 2025 the company leased about 150,000 m² of office space, securing €86m of annual rent and achieving an average reversion of +8% (CBD +29%). The proposed dividend is €5.50 (yield ~7%, payout ratio 82%); for 2026 an EPS of €6.70–6.75 and a stable dividend are expected.
