Gentera: strong Q2 growth driven by digital expansion

Gentera reported a net profit of 2.108 billion pesos in Q2 2025 (+63%) and EPS of 1.33 pesos (+77%), accompanied by a 6.4% rise in the share price. The loan portfolio grew 21.6% to 83.7 billion pesos; the net interest margin was 40.9% and return on equity 25.9%. Management raised the EPS guidance to 5.00–5.15 pesos and expects portfolio growth of 13–16% and a NIM increase to around 41% by year-end. Gentera raises outlook after strong quarterly results

Gentera reported a net profit of 2.1 billion MXN for the second quarter, a 77% increase year-over-year that exceeded expectations. The company subsequently raised its full-year 2025 earnings forecast by around 10% and now expects growth of 31-35% compared to the previous year.
