GN Store Nord raises adjusted EBITA despite declining sales and narrows revenue guidance
GN Store Nord reported an adjusted EBITA of DKK 110 million for Q2 with an adjusted EBITA margin of 5%, while organic revenue in the continuing business declined by 4%. Free cash flow excluding M&A was negative at DKK -616 million, weighed down by a temporary build-up of working capital from internalizing the supply chain. Management raised the margin outlook for 2026 to 9–10% but narrowed the revenue forecast to the lower half of the range and expects a recovery in the second half of the year supported by ReSound Sensia and product launches. The sale of the hearing-aids segment to Amplifon is still expected by the end of 2026; the stock fell by around 4.85%. » More on de.investing.com
GN Store Nord: restructuring weighs on margins in Q1 2026
GN Store Nord reported declining revenues in continuing operations for Q1 2026 (DKK 2,096m, -8% yoy) and an adjusted EBITA margin of only 0.3% after one-off costs of DKK 404m related to the spin-off of the hearing-aid unit. The Enterprise division suffered from regional weakness in EMEA, while premium headsets (Evolve3) and gaming products showed growth. The sale of the hearing-aid business to Amplifon remains on track for completion by end-2026; post-close excess cash of DKK 3.5–4.5bn and a share buyback program are expected. GN affirmed its 2026 guidance (organic revenue growth 0–6%, adjusted EBITA margin 8–9%) despite significant restructuring and impairment charges in 2026–2027. » More on de.investing.com
