Haier Smart Home launches buyback program for D shares up to EUR 2 million

The chairman of Haier Smart Home has launched a share buyback program based on the AGM authorization dated 28 May 2025. Up to 1,000,000 D shares (approximately 0.369% of the D share capital) are to be acquired for a maximum of EUR 2,000,000; the purchase price may deviate by ±5% from the Xetra opening price of the respective trading day.
