Harvia increases Q2 revenue despite plant modernization, stock climbs 11%
Harvia reported Q2 sales up 11.7% to EUR 52.8m with an adjusted operating profit of EUR 8.6m (16.2%). A modernization at the Muurame plant caused about three weeks of production outages and delayed deliveries worth around EUR 4m, pushing the margin below the usual level. North America drove growth with sales up roughly 39%; management expects most of the postponed sales to be recovered in Q3. Harvia remains committed to its long-term targets and continues to invest in capacity, particularly in North America. » More on de.investing.com
Harvia posts record revenue of €58.6m in Q1 2026 despite currency headwinds
Harvia reported record revenue of €58.6m in Q1 2026, with organic growth of 18.3% at constant exchange rates. Adjusted operating profit was €12.9m (margin 22.0%) and operating free cash flow rose to €12.0m with a cash conversion rate of 80.5%. All regions contributed to growth; North America remained the largest market with 42% of sales but grew more strongly in local currency (+21.1%). Management plans an IT migration in Muurame in Q2, which could temporarily delay deliveries and shift margins by about €3–5m, but it remains committed to long-term targets (average revenue growth 10%, adjusted margin >20%). » More on de.investing.com
Harvia Q4 2025: revenue rises, earnings disappointment drives shares sharply lower
Harvia reported Q4 2025 revenue of €53.7m (+5.3%) and an adjusted operating profit of €10.5m with a margin of 19.5%, which was below expectations and the target of over 20%. The share price fell about 9.25% to €37.30 after the figures, weighed mainly by unfavorable exchange rates and higher indirect costs. For the full year Harvia achieved €198.9m in revenue (+13.5%) and proposes a dividend of €0.77 per share, while maintaining its long-term targets (≈10% revenue growth p.a., >20% adjusted margin, net debt/EBITDA <2.5x). » More on de.investing.com
