HF Sinclair reports strong Q2 results, raises dividend and plans spinoff

HF Sinclair reported a net profit of $892 million for Q2 2026 (adjusted $960 million, or $5.31 per share), beating consensus estimates; revenue rose to $10.39 billion. The board raised the quarterly dividend to $0.525 per share (+5%) and announced the planned spinoff of the Lubricants & Specialties segment within the next 12–18 months. The segment generated adjusted EBITDA of $207 million versus $55 million a year earlier, underscoring the expected standalone value of the future publicly listed unit.
