HomeToGo increases cash flow and improves EBITDA despite muted revenue growth
HomeToGo reports IFRS revenue of EUR 160.1m for H1 2026 (+71.8%; on a like‑for‑like basis -0.2%), adjusted EBITDA of EUR -15.1m (improvement of 26.6%) and free cash flow of EUR 48.2m versus -2.5m in the prior year. Growth driver was HomeToGo_PRO with EUR 105.2m, while the marketplace business shrank by 10.2% as management prioritized margin over volume. The company confirmed its full‑year guidance (IFRS revenue EUR 400–410m; adjusted EBITDA EUR 45–47m) and emphasizes cost discipline, working‑capital benefits and further synergies from the Interhome integration. Short‑term liquidity (current ratio 0.72), weather‑related booking risks and the still negative overall EBITDA position remain risks. » More on de.investing.com
HomeToGo plans Nordic bond of up to EUR 150m for refinancing
HomeToGo intends to issue a non‑subordinated, secured Nordic bond with a floating interest rate and a planned five‑year term in an initial volume of up to EUR 150m. Marketing as a private placement to institutional investors is scheduled to start in the coming days; ABG Sundal Collier, Pareto Securities and UniCredit have been appointed. The net proceeds are to be used, among other things, to refinance existing bank debt, to partially refinance deferred purchase price components for the Interhome acquisition, and for corporate acquisitions. » More on finanzen.net
HomeToGo updates 2025 forecast after Interhome closing
After the Interhome closing, HomeToGo issues a pro forma estimate for 2025: IFRS revenue of around €400m, adjusted EBITDA of around €40m, and positive free cash flow. On a statutory basis, which only includes Interhome from the closing, the company expects revenue of more than €260m and adjusted EBITDA of more than €11m, due to seasonally weak Q4 at Interhome and thus no positive free cash flow for 2025. HomeToGo no longer provides a forecast for booking revenue and will publish the 2026 financial forecast together with the audited 2025 figures on 19 March 2026. » More on finanzen.net
