Hongkong Land is launching the Singapore Central Private Real Estate Fund (SCPREF) with more than S$8 billion in assets under management and is expected to become the largest private real estate fund in Singapore. Keppel REIT is buying Hongkong Land’s 33⅓% stake in Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 3 for about S$1.5 billion, bringing the company’s total disposals since 2024 to US$2.8 billion and moving it closer to its US$4 billion target by 2027.
