ICON plans bond issuance to refinance existing debt

ICON’s subsidiary ICON Investments Six Designated Activity Company intends to offer senior notes in a private placement with registration rights. The net proceeds are to be used to fully repay a bridge loan, to repay the secured first‑lien credit facility and to defease the outstanding secured first‑lien notes due 2027 (coupon 5.809%).
