IEH Corp disclosed in a Form 8-K to the SEC that an unauthorized party accessed an employee's Microsoft-365 mailbox following a phishing attack. The attacker was able to view emails, attachments, customer communications, orders, technical documents and possibly export‑controlled information; however, to date there is no evidence of data exfiltration or of emails being sent.
