iRhythm increases revenue in Q1 2026 by 25.7% and raises annual forecast
iRhythm reported Q1 2026 revenue of $199.4 million (+25.7%), beat consensus expectations and raised its full-year guidance to $875–885 million with an expected adjusted EBITDA margin of 12–13%. Adjusted EBITDA turned positive ($14.1 million) and net loss narrowed to $13.9 million (−$0.43 per share), after which the stock rose nearly 7%. The company highlights its dominant position in the LTCM market (~72% market share), is advancing the rollout of the next‑generation Zio MCT (market launch planned for H1 2027) and is expanding internationally in the UK, Japan and selected EU countries. Audit firm change at iRhythm: KPMG replaces PwC
iRhythm’s audit committee dismissed PricewaterhouseCoopers as its independent auditor and engaged KPMG for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026.
