Ithaca Energy (North Sea) plc has issued additional senior bonds totalling €155 million in a private placement. The notes carry a coupon of 5.500% and mature in 2031; they were sold at par under Regulation S. Settlement is scheduled for 11 June 2026, and the terms match existing 2031 bonds amounting to €450 million.
