Logitech warns of supply-chain disruption despite beating quarterly estimates — shares fall
Logitech reported adjusted EPS of $1.85 and revenue of $1.23 billion for Q1, beating consensus expectations, but its shares fell about 7.2% to CHF 81.50. The market reaction was triggered by a major disruption at an important semiconductor supplier; management cited a potential revenue shortfall of up to $20 million in Q2 and up to $200 million in Q3. Analysts also noted that the results were brightened by a one-off U.S. customs refund of $61 million and warned of possible downgrades to guidance and risks to earnings quality. » More on de.investing.com
Logitech reports strong revenue and profit growth in first quarter
Logitech reported first-quarter 2026/27 revenue up 7% to $1.23 billion (constant currencies +5%) and non-GAAP EBIT of $290.4 million, up 44%. Non-GAAP gross margin rose to 49.8% (+770 basis points) and non-GAAP net income was $269.0 million (+43%), which includes $61 million of tariff refunds. An incident at a semiconductor supplier could cost about $20 million in headwinds in Q2 and up to $200 million in net revenue in Q3; the effect is expected to be largely resolved by Q4. For Q2, Logitech forecasts US-dollar revenue growth of 0–3% ($1.19–1.22 billion) and non-GAAP EBIT of $185–210 million; the company continues to target the upper end of its annual operating margin range of 15–18%. » More on finanzen.net
