Wynnchurch Capital plans full cash takeover of Luxfer and delisting

Wynnchurch Capital has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Luxfer in an all-cash deal that is expected to lead to the company’s delisting from the NYSE. Closing is targeted before the end of 2026 and is subject to Luxfer shareholder approval, regulatory clearances and customary closing conditions. Luxfer announces quarterly dividend of 13 cents per share

Luxfer has declared a quarterly dividend of 13 cents per ordinary share, equivalent to $0.52 per share on an annual basis and a dividend yield of 3.03%. Luxfer beats profit forecasts despite revenue decline
