Medartis raises 2026 outlook after strong H1 growth
Medartis reports H1 2026 sales up 30.7% to CHF 160.8m with 17% organic growth; adjusted EBITDA rose to CHF 28.8m and adjusted net profit returned to positive at CHF 7m. The company raised its full-year guidance for organic sales growth to 17–19% and lifted the target for KeriMedical-TOUCH cases in the US to 1,800. High investments led to negative free cash flow of CHF -10m, but management expects a marked improvement in 2027/2028. Medartis increases sales and core margin, gives cautious outlook for 2026
Medartis reports group revenue of CHF 146.3m for H2 2025 and organic full-year growth of 15.7%, Core-EBITDA for H2 at CHF 26.8m and an annual margin of 18.4%. Operating free cash flow fell to CHF 9.3m after higher investments in production facilities; CAPEX was 9.6% of revenue. EMEA drove growth at 18.0%, while North America slowed to 13.4% due to sales optimizations and the replacement of a major distribution partner; five new partners are expected to fill the gap within 12 months.
