Merlin has entered an exclusive partnership with UAE-based Remah International Group (RIG) to introduce Merlin’s AI-powered autonomous flight systems in the United Arab Emirates. RIG will handle implementation and long-term maintenance; both companies will identify flight platforms and use cases. Merlin’s autonomy system is currently in the certification process; the company reported revenue of $7.55 million for the twelve months to Q4 2025 (+514% year-on-year). Merlin announced the composition of its seven-member board following its merger with Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. IV and the start of trading on NASDAQ.
