Mind Medicine presents phase-3 strategy for MM120 after positive phase-2b data
Mind Medicine presented results and plans for MM120 at the TD Cowen Summit: the phase-2b study showed a significant 7.7-point improvement versus placebo after 12 weeks in generalized anxiety disorder, with a remission rate of 48% and a response rate of 65% in the 100-microgram group. The company has received Breakthrough Therapy designation from the FDA and plans a phase-3 program to assess long-term efficacy in GAD and to pursue MDD as an indication. Operationally, Mind Medicine intends to shorten monitoring times, test an ODT formulation, and optimize dosing and placebo management; adverse effects were mainly perceptual symptoms on the day of treatment. » More on de.investing.com
