Mkango Resources shareholders approve all resolutions at general meeting
At the general meeting, Mkango Resources shareholders approved all proposed resolutions, including the election of six directors (Derek Linfield, William Dawes, Alexander Lemon, Philipa Varris, Susan Muir, Shaun Treacy) and the appointment of MNP LLP as auditors. The directors were authorized to determine their remuneration. Amendments to three remuneration plans were approved, including extensions of stock option terms beyond ten years, an increase in ordinary shares reserved for RSUs, and adjustments to the Enterprise Management Incentive Plan. Shareholders also agreed to a waiver of review by the TSX Venture Exchange for the subsidiary Mkango Rare Earths Limited; Mkango continues to pursue a SPAC listing of the Songwe Hill and Pulawy projects under Mkango Rare Earths on NASDAQ. » More on de.investing.com
Heraeus sells recycling subsidiary Remloy to Mkango Resources
Heraeus is divesting its subsidiary Heraeus Remloy and is selling the business for reprocessing neodymium-iron-boron magnets to Canadian mine developer Mkango Resources. The move is part of a portfolio reshuffle that will have Heraeus focus on precious metals, health, semiconductors and its industrial business. Mkango Resources completes £12.5m capital raise for expansion
Mkango Resources issued 37,878,788 new ordinary shares at £0.33, raising £12.5m gross. The proceeds are intended to fund a possible acquisition in Germany, investments and feasibility studies at sites in the UK and Germany, and working capital.
