The proxy adviser Glass Lewis advises shareholders to approve the proposal to delist Nanoco shares from the Official List and the Main Market. The general meeting to vote is set for 19 June 2026; at least 75% of votes are required to pass the resolution, and the proxy deadline ends on 17 June 2026. Nigel Pickett reduced his direct holding in Nanoco Group on June 3 to below 3% of the voting rights, from previously 3.83% to 4,697,975 voting rights, according to a mandatory notification (TR-1) filed at the London Stock Exchange. Nanoco has received a payment of $4.5 million as part of a settlement with LG Electronics and LG Electronics U.S.A., representing 90% of the gross amount of $5 million. Ten percent was withheld to cover tax liabilities. Nanoco intends to recognise the full gross amount of $5 million as revenue in the current financial year.
