Newmark advised on the sale of a logistics portfolio of 19 properties (1.38 million sqft) across four U.S. markets for $207.5 million to a joint venture between a global asset manager and Dalfen Industrial. The portfolio, sold by Mapletree Investments, includes 13 assets in Dallas–Fort Worth, four in Chicago and one each in Cincinnati and Indianapolis, and is more than 94% leased. Newmark secured a $150.9 million loan from Wells Fargo for the buyer; the transaction has closed.
