Barclays cuts target price for Noble after Brazil problems, keeps rating at Overweight
Barclays cut the target price for Noble from $55 to $53 but kept the rating at "Overweight", saying the recent share decline appears overdone. Noble lowered its 2026 EBITDA guidance to $850–925 million (previously $940 million–$1.02 billion) after temporary shutdowns of two rigs in Brazil and shifts in the order backlog. Barclays reduced its own EBITDA estimates for 2026/2027 to $889 million and $1.07 billion, but expects rising dayrates for deepwater drillers and sees the floater fleet likely to be fully utilised by the end of next year. The stock fell by about 9% after the results. » More on de.investing.com
Noble misses profit target by wide margin and cuts full-year revenue forecast

The company lowered its 2026 revenue guidance to $2.80–2.90 billion, fleet utilization fell to 64% and free cash flow was negative; the quarterly dividend remained unchanged.
