The redemption will be made at 100% of the principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest through the redemption date and will be processed through the Depository Trust Company; noteholders will receive a formal notice with additional details. Northwest Bancshares reported a net profit of $51.0 million in Q1 2026 and adjusted earnings per share of $0.35, on revenues of $175.1 million. The loan portfolio shifted markedly toward commercial clients: C&I lending grew 28.2% year over year and average loans rose to $13.1 billion. Net interest margin widened to 3.70% and the efficiency ratio improved substantially; CET1 capital stands at 12.2%.
