Organigram shareholders approve takeover of the Sanity Group

Organigram shareholders voted 93% in favor of acquiring the remaining interests in the Sanity Group and of issuing up to 96,287,602 common shares to Sanity shareholders and BAT subsidiary BT DE Investments. The takeover combines Organigram’s Canadian operations with Sanity’s presence in the German medical cannabis market; Sanity generated a positive EBITDA in 2025. Organigram Global reports quarterly loss despite strong revenue growth
