Ottobock raises 2026 outlook for core business after strong second quarter
Ottobock reported organic revenue growth of 9.7% in the second quarter (core business +10.7%) and adjusted EBITDA of €122.7 million (+23%) with a margin of 27.9%. Net profit rose to €48.5 million. Management raised the revenue guidance for the core business to +6–8% and now expects an adjusted EBITDA margin of more than 27% (previously >26.5%). Ottobock raises forecast after strong H1 figures, shares rise
Ottobock reported a Q2 revenue increase of 9.7% to €458.1m and an adjusted EBITDA of €127.1m (+22%), both above the analyst consensus. The company raised its forecast for organic core sales growth in 2026 to 6–8% (previously 5–8%). Quarterly net profit rose from €11.9m to €48.5m, but remained slightly below the Visible Alpha consensus. Jefferies confirms, after acquiring Fesia Technology, its rating for Ottobock at "Buy" with a price target of €83. The acquisition strengthens and expands Ottobock's position in neuro-orthopedics, but because Fesia is small it is likely to have only a limited impact on revenue and operating profit.
