  • Pandora raises 2026 forecast after partial US customs duty refund

Pandora lifts its 2026 guidance: expected organic growth 0–3% (previously -1–2%) and an increased EBIT margin of 22–23% due to a one‑off partial refund of US customs duties. In Q2 Pandora grew organically by 3% with revenue of DKK 7,219m; gross margin benefited from a special effect of 230 basis points and stood at 80.5%. Without the special effect the gross margin would have been 78.2%; the EBIT margin rose to 20.3%, of which 250 basis points were attributable to the customs refund. Regionally, like‑for‑like sales fell in North America and EMEA, while Asia‑Pacific and Latin America posted strong gains; for Q3 Pandora so far reports like‑for‑like growth in the mid single digits. » More on de.investing.com

  • Pandora names Paulo Garcia as CFO, Anders Boyer to retire at end of November

Pandora announces that chief financial officer Anders Boyer will retire on 30 November 2026 after more than 14 years. Paulo Garcia will join on 1 October 2026 and assume the CFO role on 1 December 2026; he brings 25 years of consumer goods experience, most recently as CFO of Walmart Mexico & Central America. Boyer will remain until 31 March 2027 to support the handover. Pandora operates more than 7,000 points of sale in over 100 countries, employs around 39,000 people and reported revenue of DKK 32.5 billion in 2025. » More on de.investing.com

  • Pandora rises after analyst upgrades and falling silver prices

Pandora shares climbed about 3.1% to 765.8 kr after several banks sharply raised their price targets, including UBS (to 757 kr), JPMorgan (to 650 kr) and Jefferies (to 650 kr). UBS cited improved operational execution under CEO Berta de Pablos-Barbier and limited downside risk despite a cautious full-year outlook. In addition, the steep decline in silver prices eases the cost structure and has reduced margin and confidence pressure. Q1 results showed 2% organic growth and a flat like-for-like sales level; Pandora confirmed its 2026 full-year guidance. » More on de.investing.com
