Winshear Gold secures option on 100% of the Portsoy nickel project in Aberdeenshire

Winshear Gold has agreed an option to acquire 100% of the 250 km² Portsoy nickel project in Aberdeenshire, under which it must carry out more than 1,000 metres of drilling, electromagnetic surveys and invest £3m over five years. Peak Nickel Limited will receive staged share payments and, after completion, retain a 1% NSR royalty (capped at £10m); Ormonde Mining does not welcome the realisation of the value of its stake but sees benefits in avoiding exploration costs. » More on de.investing.com
