Peraso announces the PRM2145, a compact 60‑GHz radio module for unmanned aerial systems, autonomous platforms and defense applications. Peraso has agreed with Roth Principal Investments on a committed equity facility under which the company may issue up to $25 million of common shares to RPI, without being obliged to do so. Any drawdown requires registration of the shares and may be limited by NASDAQ restrictions. Peraso reported a 74.4% revenue decline to $1.0 million for Q1 2026, but showed an improving gross margin (61.5%) and a GAAP net loss of $2.5 million. The stock rose 39.2% after the numbers were released as management attributed the drop to a delayed large customer order—which has since been resolved—and temporary supply-chain issues. Peraso noted strategic progress in fixed wireless access, tactical communications and edge-AI, citing partnerships and initial production shipments as drivers.
