  • Barclays downgrade pushes Renault stock down after cut to equal weight

    Barclays downgraded Renault from “Overweight” to “Equal Weight” and left the price target at €31.50, saying the recent recovery has eaten into the margin of safety. The bank trimmed its adjusted EBIT estimates for 2026–2028 by around 3–6% and pointed to fierce competition and structural margin pressure in the European auto market.
