At the annual general meeting on 9 June 2026 a dividend of 0.53 HKD for fiscal year 2025 was approved, with a total distribution of 93.29 billion HKD, 4.47% above the previous year. The dividend was increased by 3.92% year‑on‑year; the yield for 2025 is 7.04%. On the ex‑dividend date the PetroChina share traded in Frankfurt at 1.12 EUR; the payout will be made shortly.
