Dezember 2021 besaß und mietete dieses Segment 18.300 Meilen aktiver Rohöltransport-Pipelines und Sammelsysteme sowie weitere 110 Meilen an Pipelines, die Rohöl-Lager- und Terminierungsanlagen unterstützen; 74 Millionen Barrel kommerzieller Rohöl-Lagerkapazität; 38 Millionen Barrel aktiver, oberirdischer Tankkapazität; vier Schifffahrtsanlagen; eine Kondensat-Verarbeitungsanlage; sieben Rohöl-Bahnhöfe und 2.100 Rohöl-Waggons; sowie 640 Lastwagen und 1.275 Anhänger. Das Segment Natural Gas Liquids ist in den Bereichen Erdgasverarbeitung, NGL-Fraktionierung, Lagerung, Transport und Terminierung tätig. Zum 31. Dezember 2021 besaß und betrieb dieses Segment vier Erdgasverarbeitungsanlagen, neun Fraktionierungsanlagen, 28 Millionen Barrel NGL-Lagerkapazität, etwa 1.620 Meilen aktiver NGL-Transportpipelines sowie weitere 55 Meilen Pipelines, die NGL-Lagereinrichtungen unterstützen, 16 NGL-Bahnterminals und etwa 3.900 NGL-Bahnwaggons sowie etwa 220 Anhänger. Das Unternehmen wurde 1981 gegründet und hat seinen Hauptsitz in Houston, Texas. Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. ist als Tochtergesellschaft der Plains GP Holdings, L.P. tätig.
