Primary Health Properties: shareholders approve annual accounts, dividend policy and board resolutions
At the annual general meeting shareholders approved all proposed resolutions, including the annual report for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 (99.97% in favour), the dividend policy (99.97%) and a scrip dividend (99.88%). The remuneration report was approved with 96.75%, Deloitte was reappointed as auditor with 93.90%, and the authority to issue shares was approved with 94.31%. Primary Health Properties has issued 59,473 ordinary shares at 12.5 pence each to satisfy awards under the Long Term Incentive Plan granted in 2023. The new shares will be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market from 30 March.
