Proximus reported stable revenue in its home market for 2025 and an EBITDA increase of 1.9%, despite losing a football contract and the deconsolidation of Be‑Mobile. Group EBITDA grew just under 2%, while the Proximus Global segment posted an EBITDA decline of 9.3%. Organic free cash flow was €130m, CapEx €1.25bn. Proximus reports slight EBITDA shortfall in Q3, domestic business grows
Proximus recorded group EBITDA of €475m in Q3 2025 (-1% year on year), driven by a domestic EBITDA increase of 1.8% while the global segment fell 22.3%. The company added 45,000 mobile postpaid customers and 12,000 broadband connections and confirms an interim dividend of €0.30 per share.
