PTL Limited to acquire Twocap and enter Hong Kong lending business
PTL Limited has signed an agreement to acquire Twocap Limited for US$100,000 in cash. Its wholly owned subsidiary Sisworld Credit One holds a money‑lender licence in Hong Kong, and PTL intends to complete the acquisition within 30 business days, no later than April 7. Upon completion, Twocap will be consolidated and used as a platform for financial services such as trade finance, receivables financing and factoring.
