PureTech Health has issued ordinary shares to three executives following the vesting of 33% of Restricted Share Units granted in November 2025. Eric Elenko received 98,132 shares, Charles Sherwood 41,100 and Michael Inbar 20,019, each at a nominal value of £0.01 after deduction of social security contributions, based on a market price of 121.13 pence. PureTech Health has issued ordinary shares to three executives after the vesting of performance-based restricted share units: Eric Elenko (56,735 shares), Michael Inbar (30,245) and Charles Sherwood (37,001). The allocation was made after deduction of payroll taxes; a market price of 119.20 pence per share (the average of the three closing prices prior to the issue) was used for the calculation.
